Welcome to my new blog!
For a long time I have been considering the idea of starting a blog to talk a bit about the work I enjoy doing. I came to realize that simply posting brief information about my activity on the "Concerts" page wasn't enough. For a number of reasons, which I will reveal bit by bit in the next blog posts, 2018 seemed like the perfect year to start.
Going through the web I came across some posts from my colleagues with fun facts from their 2017. Thus it seemed an ideal starting point for this blog. So here are some interesting stats from last year:
133 days travelling (favourite food on the go Box nummer 5: Crispy Chicken and noodles)
62 buses and trains taken between Italy, Germany, Austria and France
9 flights taken
50 concerts and performances (16 solo, 23 chamber music, 5 orchestra, 6 theatre)
10 world premieres
30 new pieces learned and performed
15.730 views of my Youtube videos (35.660 minutes watched)
1 Master's degree in Neue Musik from the Hochschule fur Musik und Theater in Munich, Germany
2 dreams realized on the same day: perform the cycle "Les Espaces Acoustiques" by Gerard Grisey, at the Wiener Konzerthaus
The above numbers pretty much summarize an intense and, in my opinion, successful year. And... 2018 will be a BLAST!!! :)

Benvenuti al mio nuovo blog!
Da un po' di tempo stavo accarezzando l'idea di aprire un mio blog per parlare del lavoro che sto svolgendo e che mi piace fare. Mi sono accorto che ormai non mi bastava più semplicemente scrivere una breve informazione sulla pagina dei "Concerti". Per varie ragioni, che presenterò man mano che pubblicherò i futuri post, il 2018 mi sembra un anno perfetto per farlo.
Leggendo diversi post dei miei colleghi ho trovato alcuni che presentavano delle informazioni divertenti riguardo al loro 2017. Mi è sembrato un'ottima punto di partenza per questo blog, perciò ecco a voi alcune "statistiche" riguardo al mio 2017:
133 giorni passati a viaggiare (cibo preferito: Box nummer 5: Crispy Chicken and noodles ovvero Pollo croccante con noodles)
62 bus e treni presi tra Italia, Germania, Austria e Francia
9 voli presi
50 concerti ed esibizioni (16 solo, 23 musica da camera, 5 orchestra, 6 teatro)
10 prime esecuzioni assolute
30 pezzi nuovi imparati ed eseguiti
15.730 visualizzazioni dei miei video su Youtube (35.660 minuti visti)

I numeri di sopra riassumono in grandi linee un anno intenso e, secondo me, di successo. E... il 2018 sarà FANTASTICO!!! :)
